From the AP wire:
President Bush is not ruling out raising taxes on people who earn more than $90,000 as a way to help fix Social Security's finances.

I'm not against raising taxes, by the way (I'm a liberal), and I realize that the article doesn't say he's going to do it. I just like seeing W squirm.
