(AP) The California PTA, traditionally a nonpartisan organization, is adding its voice to the chorus of education advocates opposing Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's education budget. The way things have been going — i.e., with a major rally against the Governor's pension policy followed two days later by a reversal of the Governor's position — teachers and students have every reason to believe that a large-scale demonstration will have a positive effect.
