It's amazingly difficult to keep up with the news
when one is on vacation. My inbox is filled with news alerts that I've read but
not synthesized, and I feel like I've fallen behind. Sometimes I wonder how the
big national bloggers stay on top of everything and still manage to have a
semblance of a real life.
